We ship our boops all over Europe. You can choose between regular shipping and express delivery. To make your order uncomplicated and to inform yourself about shipping costs and delivery times, you can use the following breakdown as a guide!

A program calculates approximately how much CO2 the order will emit based on the package weight, the package size and the transport route to you. This amount is converted to a monetary amount, which is charged to us periodically. This program is called "offset" and is programmed and provided free of charge by the platform "Shopify".
This amount goes to a project of "Pachama" called "Jari Pará Project", with which we support the protection of the rainforests in Brazil.
returns
What is your return policy?
You can cancel your contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. We promise to refund you for undamaged items you are not completely satisfied with within 14 days of receipt. The payment will be credited back to your original payment method, and you will be notified by email once your refund has been processed. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned items. Returns made after 14 days will not be refunded and will be sent back to you; the cost of postage must be borne by the customer. We are not obliged to refund damaged items. Refunds will be issued for the full product value (excluding shipping costs).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by providing an explicit statement of your contract cancellation (e.g., by letter, fax, or email).
Who pays for the return shipping?
If you return a product without any fault on our part and the item is fault-free, the shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
