On 22.11.2023 boops celebrates its third birthday. As we do every year, we are launching a Christmas fundraising campaign just in time for our anniversary. Until the end of the year, a share of our sales will be collected to donate to a good and important cause - because not everyone has something to celebrate right now. After the Salzburger Schutzunterkünfte and the Kinder-Krebs-hilfe, this year we decided to donate to Doctors Without Borders.

Why we donate together every year

Our birthday coincides with Black Friday every year. That's why we have decided to have an annual "Golden Friday" and make a joint donation. This way, everyone can do something good with the purchase of our boops jewelry. In 2021, we were able to donate around €3,000 to the Salzburger Schutzunterkünfte run by Verein Viele. This was used to purchase beds, mattresses and fridges for women. In 2022, we collected around €6,000 for Österreichische Kinder-Krebs-Hilfe. The ÖKKH is funded by donations and supports children with cancer and their families during this difficult time. We find it enriching that we were able to contribute to these good causes together with you.

A donation can save lives

Due to the current events, we have decided to donate to Doctors Without Borders this year. The organization provides emergency medical aid wherever it is urgently needed. And it does so neutrally, impartially and all over the world. Doctors Without Borders is currently also active in the Gaza Strip, where the situation for many civilians continues to deteriorate. These include thousands of children who urgently need the help of Doctors Without Borders. With our donation, we want to support them in providing emergency aid and saving lives.

How to donate with us to Doctors Without Borders

For every purchase made at boops jewelry from November 22 to the end of the year, we donate a fixed percentage to Doctors Without Borders. We have deliberately opted for a longer donation period, which also includes Christmas shopping. This allows us to collect as large an amount as possible to donate at the end of the year. This happens automatically with every purchase, whether online or in the boops store in Vienna.

Donating to a good cause together with boops

We are grateful for every cent that we can collect and donate together with you. Let's do something good together - despite all the joy of gold jewelry and diamonds - and not lose sight of people who urgently need help. As we do every year, we would like to briefly introduce you to our latest products.
