Can I pick up an online order at Steffl?
Yes. Write to us beforehand at hi@boops-jewelry.com with your order number and we will bring your piece. Please give us at least two days.
Can I drop off a piece for repair?
Yes, we accept repairs at Steffl. Please bring your order number. Our goldsmith handles the repair; you get the piece back by post or for pickup.
Are prices at Steffl the same as online?
Yes, the prices are identical. Vouchers and newsletter discount codes also work in store.
Is everything available on site?
Almost. Individual sizes or colours may be out of stock – then we order them for you at Steffl, shipped home free of charge.
