Baggy pants, shoulder pads, tattoo chokers and the like: over the past few decades, we've been through a lot of trends along with the stars in Hollywood. And let's be honest - with many a fashion hype, it's good that trends sometimes pass. But in retrospect, even across rather dubious fashion eras, there are classics that come to stay. Why we immediately think of gold creole earrings like our boops ? That's what a look at the past reveals.
The 1980s: With Lady Di and Madonna
If you want to know whether gold creoles have rightly been among the absolute trend accessories for what feels like an eternity, you really only have to take a look at two of the women who already went for the timeless basics in the 1980s: Princess Diana and Madonna.
