We ship our boops all over Europe. You can choose between regular shipping and express delivery. To make your order uncomplicated and to inform yourself about shipping costs and delivery times, you can use the following breakdown as a guide!

A program calculates approximately how much CO2 the order will emit based on the package weight, the package size and the transport route to you. This amount is converted to a monetary amount, which is charged to us periodically. This program is called "offset" and is programmed and provided free of charge by the platform "Shopify".
This amount goes to a project of "Pachama" called "Jari Pará Project", with which we support the protection of the rainforests in Brazil.

What is your return policy?
You can cancel your contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. We promise to refund you for undamaged items you are not completely satisfied with within 14 days of receipt. The payment will be credited back to your original payment method, and you will be notified by email once your refund has been processed. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned items. Returns made after 14 days will not be refunded and will be sent back to you; the cost of postage must be borne by the customer. We are not obliged to refund damaged items. Refunds will be issued for the full product value (excluding shipping costs).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by providing an explicit statement of your contract cancellation (e.g., by letter, fax, or email).
Who pays for the return shipping?
If you return a product without any fault on our part and the item is fault-free, the shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

Beim ersten Mal hatten die Ohrringe eine Delle, ich bekam Neue zugeschickt und diese waren dann schief (ca. 1mm sind die Creolenenden unterschiedlich zum Verschluss zugelaufen). Mir wurde nun unterstellt, dass ich die Ohrringe beschädigt habe und musste sie auf eigene Kosten zurückschicken.
Hallo Antonia, Hier nochmal ein Nachschub zu meiner letzten Mail und zu deinem Review.
Wir haben auf deinen Hinweis unseren Ohrring vor dem Versand und nach der Retoure sorgfältig geprüft und können dir versichern, dass der Ohrring technisch einwandfrei und voll funktionstüchtig ist. Die minimale Abweichung von der du sprichst beträgt nicht einmal 1 mm im Verschlussbereich und ist bei handgefertigtem Schmuck absolut normal und kein Produktionsfehler.
Ich finde es schade, dass in einer Zeit, in der maschinelle Massenproduktion den Standard bildet, echte Handarbeit oft nicht mehr erkannt oder geschätzt wird. Noch trauriger ist es allerdings, dass ein solches Verhalten kleinen Unternehmerinnen wie mir schadet. Wir kämpfen gerade in dieser wirtschaftlich herausfordernden Zeit dafür, unser Geschäft weiterzuführen – und das mit einem sehr bewussten Konzept: hochwertigen Echtgoldschmuck leistbar zu machen.
Das bedeutet, dass wir mit sehr kleinen Margen arbeiten, wodurch z. B. Rücksendekosten nicht einfach gedeckt sind. Ich habe mich ganz bewusst dagegen entschieden, den Ohrring um 500 € zu verkaufen – obwohl das der übliche Marktpreis für vergleichbare Handarbeit wäre – sondern biete ihn für fast die Hälfte an. Eine solche Preis-Leistung findet man kaum, vor allem nicht bei Produkten, die von einem Goldschmied gefertigt werden und nicht aus anonymer Massenfertigung aus Fernost stammen.
Nichtsdestotrotz stehe ich weiterhin voll hinter der Qualität unseres Schmucks und der Arbeit unseres Goldschmieds. Ich kann nur nochmal betonen, dass der Ohrring nicht mangelhaft war. Unsere Wiederkaufsrate von über 45 % spricht für sich – und zeigt, dass unsere Kund:innen die Qualität und das Konzept zu schätzen wissen.

Wie mit allen Schmuckstücken, die ich bereits von boops habe, bin ich auch mit den chunky hoops mehr als zufrieden. Sie sind ein echter Blickfang, sodass ich innerhalb von einer Woche schon mehrfach auf diese wunderschönen Ohrringe angesprochen wurde 😊
Habe so viel von Boops und liebe jedes Stück, die Ohrringe sind federleicht, ich trage sie auch gerne im Urlaub, da ich sie nie ausziehen muss.
Liebe Rana ich bin so happy über meine besonderen Schmuckstücke die ich mittlerweile besitze. Ich trage sie täglich in allen Varianten… von meinen bold babies, bis zu den chunky hoops, lozenge hoops, shiny babies, herringbone chain, baby pearl necklace, curb chain, dem trilogy ring und dem yade ring 😅🤩…und es wird auch sicherlich noch das eine oder andere Teil sein zu Hause bei mir finden!
