Our Tearms and Conditions

At boops, we want to provide our customers with a fair, rewarding, and enjoyable shopping experience. Take a look at our policies below to learn more and contact us with any questions.


1. Can I return or exchange my order?
All information about exchanging or returning goods can be found here.

2. Can I cancel my order?
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after receiving the order. Therefore, no changes can be made after the order is placed. All cancellation requests will be reviewed as soon as possible. If the order has not already been submitted to our warehouse, we will process your cancellation if possible.

All emails related to cancellations must be titled "Order Cancellation" in the subject of the email. Please include your full name and order number in the email. Unfortunately, cancellations that are not made in this manner cannot be processed.

3. Can I change my adress?
Since we process and ship all orders as quickly as possible, we unfortunately cannot accept address changes after your order has been placed. However, all address change requests will be reviewed as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been sent to our warehouse, we will process your cancellation if possible.

All e-mails referring to the change of address must be marked with the title "Change of address" in the "Subject" field of the e-mail. Please include your full name, order number, and new correct shipping address in the email. We will do our best to update your information for you before your order is shipped. Unfortunately, change of address emails that are not titled in this manner cannot be processed.

If your order is lost due to incomplete or incorrect address information, unfortunately it cannot be refunded. If you want a new delivery, it must be paid by you.
If your order is returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect address information, it can be refunded. If you want a new delivery, it must be paid by you.

4. Can I add / remove a product or change the shipping method?
Once the order has been shipped, unfortunately we cannot change the shipping method or exchange/add products to your order.

5. What happens when my order is at local customs?
If your order is at customs inspection, it is the responsibility of the buyer/customer to contact local customs and take care of customs clearance. Unfortunately, we cannot contact customs officials or refund orders that are rejected by local customs and returned to us. We will include all required customs documents with each order if necessary.

6. Porto / Delivery
Please note that we can NOT ship to packing stations.
If your package is marked "delivered" by the local post office, but you have not yet received the physical shipment, it is up to the customer to contact the local post office to resolve the issue. If the local post office and the customer cannot resolve the discrepancy, we are not obligated to refund or resend the order. However, we will certainly assist you to resolve the situation with you.

7. Jurisdiction
In business transactions with merchants and with legal entities under public law, Salzburg is agreed as the place of jurisdiction for all legal disputes concerning these terms and conditions and individual contracts concluded under their application..

8. Change of the General Terms and Conditions
We are entitled to unilaterally amend these GTC - as they are introduced into the contractual relationship with the customer - insofar as this is necessary to eliminate equivalence disruptions that arise subsequently or to adapt to changed legal or technical framework conditions. We shall inform the customer of any amendment, stating the content of the amended provisions. The amendment shall become part of the contract if the customer does not object to its inclusion in the contractual relationship in writing or text form within six weeks of receipt of the notification of amendment.


9. Severability clause
Should individual provisions of the contract, including these provisions, be or become invalid in whole or in part, or should the contract contain an unforeseen gap, the validity of the remaining provisions or parts of such provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid or missing provisions shall be replaced by the respective statutory provisions.
